I'm not sure if the justice system is as retarded as the woman, how the hell did they not question about her driving capabilities if she did not even realize that she rammed into a bicycle from the rear?
I surely hope that when she does drive again, she hears a hissing sound and thinks about it until BOOM, it explodes.

well ... the reason given by the judge for dismissing the prosecution's appeal against the lenient sentence was that the prosecution did not raise any objections to the woman's story before ....
so the woman happily paid up the fine and went back to her 6th avenue house

whos she trying to fool? a five-year old kid? look, its a FIVE-YEAR old car, for heaven's sake. if she had any common sense left in her, she would know theres NO WAY u can 'sound-proof' an OLD car till eeven a BUMP or SMASH is unheard of! why didnt they ban her from driving forever? what happens next? she ram pedestrians down and tell us she was blind? deaf? her car too old so cant see outside her windshield? what next? letting such a blur sotong off so leniently to roam the roads blindly is a stupid mistake.

So u are implying she got her 'JUST' deserts? she has been WELL-punished? we should FORGIVE HER and drop the topic? NO words of apology to the victim, NO compensation to the victim and yet she gets what? Hmm? i dun know, maybe u decide since she ALMOST killed a person, SHE should be allowed to roam the streets again after a short period, SHE gets a small fine and no jail? ARE YOU SURE?

She already got what she deserved why are you all so hard on her?This kind of thing can't be faulted on just a person, It takes 2 hands to clap.
Nothing can be worse than to lose her driving licence though, She has to go through all this shit again a year later to have her licence back, you think it's easy? I feel for her.
