I once bought an Ice Cream New Zealand brand.....but Fuck...check where it is made......Hong Kong.!!!!

Just want to correct the explaination of Nitrogen element in Proteins.
Tradditional food lab conduct milk powder Protein Test....it look for high concerntration of Nitrogen emmission. Cheap chinese suppliers were smart to learn that Melamine also gave up high Nitrogen during testing. As such food lab unable to tell the different if Nitrogen came from protein or Melamine.
