  STOMPer Chucky was surprised by loud screams coming from Yishun Street 11 at 3am one morning. When he investigated, he was horrified to see this man dragging a pregnant-looking woman on the road by one leg.

  STOMPer Chucky describes what he saw:
  
  "I heard a loud scream while walking back home one morning at 3am, so I looked down from my apartment on the fifth floor.
  
  "I was shocked to see the man standing in the picture dragging the woman in blue by one leg in the middle of the road. She had been sitting on the road and lay down, after which the man had started dragging her screaming.
  
  "The worst thing is that the lady looked pregnant from where I was standing, right above them. They did not appear to be drunk.
  
  "I quickly called up the police. When they arrived, the man ran off, leaving her on the ground. The police took 10 - 15 minutes to get her off the road and onto the kerbside, where they were talking to her. They then escorted her away.
  
  "What is the world coming to?"
