  Murder-suicide at Brazilian wedding reception

  A groom shot and killed his new bride and his best man, before turning the gun on himself.

   

  Rogerio Damascena, 29, told guests at the wedding reception in Recife, Rio de Janeiro that he had a surprise announcement, then opened fire on 25-year-old Renata Alexandre Costa Coelho and Marcelo Guimaraes with a gun he had hidden earlier in his father's pick-up truck.

  Police refused to speculate on a motive for the killings and have seized CCTV footage of the attack in order to locate the murder weapon.

  basically the story is: groom leaves wedding to pick up welfare cheque, bride gets fed-up and sets fire to the groom's bed and proceeds to sleep with another man... groom returns and both bride and groom proceeds to beat the man to death with an oar and a glass..
