It looks like the Hangzhou-Singapore Eco-Park (HSEP) project, the first
bilateral project led by the private sector, is set for more road bumps
ahead.
After missing key project deadlines, it now has to
grapple with internal disputes within the Singapore consortium that have
culminated in a lawsuit.
