Ehhh... QX, do help me change my title if it's not carpark warden... I forget the names for those "issues summon, illegal parking" etc etc de... Dun think it's traffic warden...

Basically, it's abt the carpark warden and a lorry driver... The carpark warden issue a summon and they had a quarrel... end up the warden take off his helmat and clothes and attempt to fight with the lorry driver but the lorry driver left...

no idea if there's any background to this... it could be the lorry driver attempt to play punk but later scared so run off... but still, it's not right conduct for a warden...
