First, Marina Bay Sands casino changed its gambling chips after fake ones were discovered.
Now, the casino at Resorts World Sentosa (RWS) has a similar problem.
Last Saturday, RWS recalled its $500 and $1,000 chips on suspicion that fake chips were being used.
Police confirmed that a report was lodged about the fake chips and said that investigations are ongoing.
On receiving the report, the police contacted RWS, which then recalled the chips.
It is understood that nobody has been arrested in connection with the incident yet.
