Chinese are top foreign buyers of homes here

I would like to give my two cents worth on the current property market where prices are heading north and never coming down. We see reported that the Chinese rae now crowding out our proeprty market. The whole idea of allowing foreigners to come in to Singapore is to tap their talent, if any. So we need to provide them with housing and education for their children.
That is fair. Thus we should only allow them to buy AT MOST one property be it HDB or private housing. Why should we allow them to share in the growth of our property market and share in capital gains through investments of 3 or 4 properties? This is the reason why property prices are sky high cos foreigners are allowed to speculate in our market.
Even in China with vast land supply, foreigners can only buy one property. Even Australia which allows foreign ownership of property mandates that the foreign owner if he wants to re-sell has to sell to a local. In this way, prices are kept affordable for locals cos you restrict the demand. Which government in the world protect foreigners to the extent that they welcome them with open arms to take away our jobs, land and space?
I encountered a stupid ang mor who used expletives on me cos he couldn't get into the lift. We invite these foreigners in to look down on us and take us for a fool. I have a relative who is malaysian PR and son PR. Son refused to do NS even though he used our education resources up to A levels. Went off to Australian U and mother proudly decalres that her son will have no problems coming back to Singapore cos we always welcome foreign talent!
We singaporeans are letting foreogners take us for a fool and a ride! I know of a certain orgainsation in Singapore who refuses to appoint a local COE cos of the whole stupid policy of attracting foreign talent. These foreign talent take us for a fool when there are no jobs they will be the first to flee! We even reserve U places for foreigners. I can't see why Singapore taxpayers money is used to fund the training of foreign talent who levaes us at the drop of a hat!
Now A* Star agency is funding start-ups by Ph.D holders. We know a lot of these researchers are Chinese and Indian researchers. We then fund their start-ups and when they make money they will bring their companeis back to China or India! The whole foreign talent scheme is stupid! We say we need to best and brightest to come to Singapore. But will they stay?
Why don;t we spend our money into building our own talent? Why do we deny U places to our own locals. Local students with straight As cannot get into our medical and law schools. The very bright can get scholarships. But what about the middle layer? The children of middle class parents may not be so bright as to get scholarships but their parents may not be rich enough to send them abroad to do a course of their choice.
We give these places to ASEAN scholars and foreigners instead! The whole system is Cock up! So Singaporeans vote wisely in the coming elections.

don alllow those companies to hire foreigner, they wont start up teir company here, as here gt not talent or not enough talent.jus like casino.most of the worker there are local,many complaint this not good,that not good and quit. we can quit our job at any point of time, but foreigner cannot,they sign a contract and they cant quit. wat companies wat are a long term worker,not short term. is hard for them to train or look for another worker again.
let me ask u TS, which do u prefer if u are a boss.a short term or a long term worker?my sisters worker keep quit and she gt hard time to find a new worker to replace her. now she is thinking to hire some chinese too.but too bad.need 9 CPF contributer then she can hire 1 foreigner. this policy turn her off.
