  STOMPer SA witnessed the aftermath of this accident between a cement mixer truck and a black car at a junction along Victoria Road.
  
  The STOMPer wrote:
  
  "This accident occurred at a Victoria Road junction, in the direction of Bugis.
  
  "It was taken taken at 1.54pm. The cars and parties involved are still there."
