But u must consider Taxi Stand waiting time also will consume fuel , waiting at Clarker Quay also will consume fuel , traffic jam also will ...... so fair la $0.10 per km .
But if i were you , to stay at Tampines side , i'll do everything for the hirer , wash and top-up .
Tampines can top-up at Changi North , Bedok North Ave 4 , if near Hougang , Defu . If near town , Bt Merah ( Then fill at Esso the access ) .
