sources said car park guards managesment charge cabbies $25 per week to get quick access into st James to pick up customers , they call it membership .Non-member are to Q outside St James Power Station .

Trust me , looked into their cab before moving off for the trip u'll know whether they are good , how to see ?
Those with GPS system inside their cab , usually are those high risk of dunno the route well .
Those who know well , never need any GPS .
