Transcab going to have Nets very soon,but like wat pool said,Nets or no Nets nevermind,not really a major problem
I always offer my pax a $2 discount (midnight only) if they let me drive them to atm rather than use Nets,problem solved!

for those who scared lay chay , want top-up diesel convenient , pls chose a Comfort .
Cos CNG singapore only got Jalan Buroh , Toh Tuck , Mandai , Serangoon North Ave 5 and Jurong Island only .
For those who want maximum profit , like cheap diesel , cheap rental , pls go for Comfort Crown or SilverCab from premier . if dun mind the engine noise .
Cos if u go for CNG , overall fuel expenses slight higher than diesel . Maybe $1 to $2 more , cos CNG consume a little bit petrol while on CNG .

I travelled 370 km last night , total fuel expenditure total $45 ..... which $12 on petrol . $32 on CNG
if for Comfort Sonata , it's estimate about only $33 maximum .
CNG Wish the concept is , the more CNG used , the more petrol it will consume oso . Technically , CNG vehicle when travelling or idling , they used maybe 98% CNG and 2% petrol to push up horsepower .
So if to spent $5-$6 on petrol for every 260km travell , it's painful , dun drive a Wish .
260km , for CNG , is about $21 .
260km , on Sonata diesel , is about $23 .
Yes head to head , CNG cheaper , but if includes $6 petrol , then it's overall more expensive on fuel .

But again , i really dun care how much i spent on fuel , cos end day last night , 4.45pm to 3am last pax , i take home nett $210 !!! In just say ..... 10 hours 15 minutes ???
I treat it as a profitable day outing . No worries about fuel . I veri charitable one , treat it like giving charity those differences .
if i calculated too much , very fast white hair .
Key is : Driving must be shiok la !!!!

what do you do with your takings? put in your wallet, or deposit in banks?
so you earn about 3k and above every month?

Also by the way, the Taxi Vocational Licence Course & Test, where sign up is the best? With Comfort, SMRT or who?
Roughly how long to take a taxi license, coz I coming mid Nov, 30. Can take course 1st before turning 30, then on birthday that day go & apply for license?

when i was with Comfort , Comfort gave me once in very 3 months , i year 4 times , i time $300 .So 1 year is like $1200 .
If ur rental is not punctual , u dun get full . I think this apply to all taxi companies .

To get a TVDL , just apply at Singapore Taxi Academy can liao , no attachment to any taxi company , as in u pay course by your own money .Unless u dun have that $200+ for the course , then u source taxi company to pay for you , and later u sign up for them , in contract term .
But for that $200+ , i think just not worth it .
Pay urself , and slowly then find urself a suitable taxi to drive .
My advice : Dun go for SMRT , u might end up driving an old Crown or Azera if commit to SMRT . As in they pay for your course , they'll hard sell u in taking up their taxis .
Their taxis nobody want to drive , cos they just sucks .

1 disadvantage for me if i take up Transcab is that, i stay over @ Chinatown area. Go refill CNG bit out of the way. What u think?

In chinatown area , i really hope u can find a relief , not to sure if others staying at chinatown are convince about CNG .As for refilling CNG issue , chinatown and Toh Tuck ....... i dun think is very far ? Very far ? Chinatown and Clementi too far for you ? Yeah Toh Tuch CNG Kiosk is very near to Clementi . One AYE only ma .
U know JourneyMan , his name KC , he and his hirer stay at Tampines , so what they do , KC will fill up at Toh Tuck , and later go back to Tampines by Petrol .
It's how u see it .
I personally seen guys from Bedok , Tampines , Punggol all took CNG taxis ......
I think that $716 can solve ur worries .
If u are considering OMO , that cash payout of $716 is handy , i can't say for other taxi company .
If u are new , do consider going as relief first .
New and going solo , it's plain hardship i would say .

no share lah. my relief only pays $50, another $3.26 daily i carry leh. servicing time no earning oso me wor. but the $50 garmen give and the $50 comfort give shared lah.

I really dun think they regretted .
If same , u ask Lam and Vincent if they regret joining SMRT's Azera , i would not say the same . From body language u can recognise it .
Unless their calculator spoil .
I was thinking about the Wish before they launch their first Wish missile .

Yeah , crown , they are the only taxi company now that still hold on to the old crowns , without even considering about early scrap .Unlike Comfort , they scrap their old crowns early to indent in new Sonata , who has got a better demand .
SMRT is the current taxi coy that does not have any low end automatic taxis .
Comfort got Sonata . TransCab got Wish , Premier got Magentis , Smart got Kia Carens .
SMRT only got their Limo class Azera , a really hi-end Chrysler , and lots of Limo Cab Mercedes .

Simi nets???knn wan to choose nets lah or choose which company tat kind of fxxcking pax better dun take them lah.Only take taxi they oso want to choose,think this kind of ppl got problem wan lah...u ask urself u take taxi got choose or not i mean except chrysler lah.Greenhornet.when i quit smrt i at first oso die die wan to take sonata,i even went down to sin ming city cab almost commit but luckily i wake up.Go home do the calculation again and finally choose the wish...Seriously i am very happy wif my wish now and wif the benefit actually i become very relax and no stress...Imagine now i driving sonata think got no time to come online liao.must pia the 105 rental and keep some in case i fall sick cant drive...Ask urself this...can u drive 365 days a year without falling sick or taking a day off maybe family commitment or not?transcab incentive is actually like 7 days off a mths.Go and think for urself lor. Call booking is still something that u still must be on the road and drive to take call.Anyway call booking is useless to me...nets is even more useless to me.Its a very clear cut case which company to choose.Imagine u work as a saleman...u wan a basic salary of $1000 and high commisson but of course u must really pia lor.good time bad time oso must pia.Or u wan a basic salary of 3000 and commission not very high.

today evening i was in bt purmei taxi stand. a student asked "unker" net? me say NO. she lan lan go to atm first and get money than board my taxi. Encounter many time in Clark Quay even angmoh asked about NET and Credit Cards. NO NO NO, go behind and board those blue color taxi. Next Pax please.
