Chief Pool, I think finalise the date n time, our member can consider faster, tentitively set the date n time, but subject to change, base on the respond of the member, try to suit all best. Tks.

One month before Chinese New Year , which is on the Valentine Day 14th Febuary 2010 .
Usually taxi crowd comes during one mth before CNY .

We will be there around 4pm , to prepare food and drinks .

7pm start BBQ .....
Chicken wings ... about 120pcs should be enough
Otah .... 50 should be enough ...
Beef .... 5 kg should be enough ....
Hot dogs ..... 30 pieces
Tiger Prawns .... 5kg
Softs drinks .... 3 caton x24 coke should be ok
Beer ... 1 caton x 24
Vokha .... 1 ( Komade )
