If mine appeal not successful, i will call the sin ming News, to report that I received
my summon five mths later, hw can u expect ppl remember so long incident without a
parking offence ticket, three mths u nv pay fine, u r charge in court already, I think some
thing cock up in their Admin Dept, Reporting news to the press, I heard can get $50
reward to cover my summon. hahaaa.....
