Kept hearing complaints Comfort calls really rotten nowadays .
Tio Call Liao damn tulan ..... in CBD surely kena go Northern Singapore ( Woodland )
FT just complaint to me , also kept kena until kio tolong liao .
My friend Ah Tan also curse and swear until he purposely create suspension . Boycoot CDG calls . Sweep road better .
My the other Sats member , Henry , also same fate like Tio Call Liao , similiar fate .
ALN also , work Tuesday and Friday , kept getting to Yishun calls , one night 2 times .
Any other comfort drivers suffered same fate ?
ANy comments ?
Funny also , never hear CityCab drivers complaint .
Citycab drivers gave more compliments than complaints .
Unfair treatment ? Same MDT , same system , same paxes , different treatment ? Why ?
I love to know why ?
And most Comfort drivers told me : " I reject la , must U-turn i surely reject ! Suspension ? Suspend lor , no big deal . "
KNN drive taxi drive until so du lan , drive for what ?
Like me , steady poon pee pee , throw key back to them !!

Solid call at Tuas , with destination .
8pm to 10pm , TransCab calls at Tuas quite plenty .
TransCab no need showers of calls , just a few good ones enough .
Covering up destination of bookings was part of reason i left Comfort .
Yesterday my friend Henry , got 3 calls , all with destination , Comfort Cablink surrender ?
does SMRT cover up? which are the taxi cos that cover up besides this farking confort and silvercab?
red gangster for sure , this NE fellas call sure no cab , who else? im going to feedback thru writing to those call centre assholes even though 100 % they wont listen , juz wanna vent my frustration . nbccb confort calls , getting bad to worse.
me staunch supporter for their call last time , now not anymore unless they do something abt it.
They send 1/4 of their fleet to sengkang , woodlands , hougang , hope all those who kena screwed by em will stay at the area & dont come back , then TOWN explode , no confort cabs!!! give them hell! let em get fined!
i do not believe in pia all the way to town , waste 15 or 20 km of diesel and then ping!! go back to woodlands or whatever fark place again.
For those forumners taking tuas calls , i will give some info regarding the pick up pt and likely destination.
Pick up places to avoid after 8 pm - 120 pioneer road , 1 tuas link 4 , 127 pioneer road . these 3 places have horrible locations . woodlands , yishun , J west.
Another is Sony at tuas ave 13 or 11 , mostly 2 or 3 stops , kena 2 or 3 stops to the west still nvm , kena woodlands your day is farked guaranteed
i dont mind J west cos can do round turn but some fellas hate it , if they do , shouldnt be at tuas at all coz a lot a lot of calls go to J west.
Safely take tuas crescent calls , so far i have not kena the gun from there

4plus call at kepple shipyard mostly good call go orchard..gul rd oso not bad go jurong point...i ever once 4.30 wait till 5.30 then get ccb pax up say go joo koon MRT..its a good call but not for me that day totaly moodless.

my gf booked comfort cab yday at 1.15pm.
blk 910 hg st 91 > shaw towers. movie starts at 2pm. operator say will come in 10mins.
so she went down immediately & waited downstairs.
10mins passed. cab didnt come. she walked to the carpark entrance in anticipation for the cab. call back call centre. put on hold. keep repeating chinese new year songs. no human voice on the other side.
1.45pm no taxi. no empty taxi on roads too.
1.50pm. SMRT crown come pick her up. 2.15pm reach shaw towers.
how ah like that? she kena twice same thing like this from comfort/citycab already...

Can la .... if u are those bank got plenty of cash drivrs , go anywhere also can , good for you . Take one this sort of pax , slowly drive there , then slowly drive back to town . Then can la . Then slowly here slowly there .

For night shift , a few locations in Singapore , is rated as Dark Zone . Meaning u can hardly find any connection apart from rushng into town .
Super Dark Zone : Woodlands / Sembawang
Dark Zone : Hougang , Yishun , Sengkang , Bt Panjang , CCK , Bt Batok .
still ok dark zone : Bishan . AMK , Serangoon , Yio Chu Kang ( cos not too far to rush into CBD ) .

Comfort Delgro take note. We pay top dollars for your taxi and we get SUSPENSION for rejecting 'rotten' calls.
Inside CBD, get calls from Beach Road, Mustafa, and even Sentosa. If not calls from taxi stands where you have to go through lots of u-turns and traffic lights to reach them and when you do, pax already left in another taxi, so no-show. Waste time. Knowing such calls sure kena no-show, don't take but kena suspension.
Comfort wake up before all your drivers jump ship.
