Sands also problem , many would rather grap a call at ORQ . Booking + CBD
$3 Sands Surcharge + $3 CBD ?
Then Suntec , One Raffles Quay and the whole of Shenton got problem .
Taxi would pick & go at Sands .
Even if long Q , they still will wait for that extra $6.50 .
If remains what the fare now , with just normal CBD $3 surcharge ...
Conclusion is Sands will have to wait , i smalls trouble for them .
I suggest $3 Sands Surcharge + $3 CBD. My reason, CBD charges kick only Monday – Saturday : 5.00pm to Midnight. What happen to Sunday and other hours ? Long long queues waiting for taxi? My guess Sands will have more visitors than RWS.

I'm not sure whether Suntec , One Raffles Quay and the whole of Shenton will have problem getting taxi. For example RWS, If you see the taxi Q is long, would you drive in to join the Q? I would rather drive out of RWS, 5 mins drive to Shenton and get the next pax.
I think $3 Sands Surcharge + $3 CBD will evenly spread out the taxis ratio in city area. Some will chiong Sands, Some chiong RWS, Some chiong City, Some chiong Airport.

If you look carefully when you driving on ECP. They already started building the ERP gantry in Sands. LTA more concern about ERP charges rather than got taxi surcharge or not. hahaha....
I don't think they will make same mistake like vivo city and place ard sentosa but outside RWS. Finance area still need to be well taken care of. Sand will sure be inside CBD, so maybe sand taxi stand 5pm-12pm extra $1 or $2 rest of the day $3..by then after 12 will TD still Q along ORQ and other CBD area since so near to sand..Anyway like what pool say...H.U.A.T LA...

i ever got 2 ang mo can't remember from which country, they ask what if they vomit in my taxi how much must they pay, i told them $20-$50..they laugh...they say in their country if they vomit in the taxi they have to pay the driver SGD$100-$200..
knn i laugh...they say have to pay the driver rental plus lost of income when the taxi send to wash...in sg donno who suggest $10 sur if vomit..phui...
that is why driving a TD here is kan tao one , no matter who say TD is good la , this and that. look at other country's TD and compare.
i once took a sri lankan TD from UK , he drove the black cabs there. he was shocked that from pan pacific to airport costs him $22. he said omg how do we all survive ? he called the fare dirt cheap.
see the difference? Singapore TD wanna smell the soil of UK also no chance , UK TD come here stay pan pac , travel british airways.
Weekends by right fare should be higher right? no the LTA think otherwise , peak hour call $2.50 . sunday not even a single extra. thats why i choose not to drive on weekends not because of anything but coz the fare structure sucks

Took 1 merlion last Sat. waste my time and $$. Should allow us to tell pax compensate for the loss.

Ang mo also say cheap..that's y they in CBD ang mo call alot...Sand should work like airport sat and sun $5...weekday 5pm to 12am also $5.

Higher flag-down fare and no surcharges. Adjust meter to run faster during peak hours. Surcharges only in necessary ulu places.
Waiting time on meter should be shortened. Travelling at 100km/hr my meter jumps 60cts per min. waiting for 1min only jump 30cts. Customer thinks when we wait for them with meter running like big f__k. Waste our time. Or choosing the shortest route with the mostest traffic lights.
Tio call liao, multiple stops surcharge is good. Baggage cannot, they carry themselves, hurt my back before, downtime 2 days.

If i have the real authority and not by nick only,
pax should not be allowed to ask driver to wait while they get payment for fare or we are authorised to ask for some form of valuable item, like IC or handphone.
3 no shows, pax should be barred for 1 month from further call bookings

I kena once when a pax flag, I stop. He walk back and help his drunk friend, I quickly step on the accelerator. I think he will knnbccb behind my vehicle.
