On Call into Sentosa. Pick up. First thing already KPKB about lousy transport system, lousy sg weather, on max air con. Said to go a couple destinations but cannot recall (?!). But very quick to suggest get out of Sentosa first. Then to Kampong Bahru, head towards opposite SGH.
When reached, told to keep vehicle running (to let air con continue stay chilled) at a small side lane until come back wave.
Wait until Meter >$25 (include surcharges), still no shadow. sms no reply. Total waited about 20+mins, finally gave up.

Since its an on call pax , u should inform the call centre and let them try getting hold of him . if cant , at least they will have a record & may help u recover the fare.

Anyway, I always get a deposit from pax if ask to wait. So far, no pax has rejected with my request.
