He'll take your cash card and cash on sight , whatever valuable items he can see , including handphones , bluetooth and anything he can re-sale for , when u are uploading his wheelchair into the boot .

Actually there are 3 guys around my area, 1 is fruits seller, 1 is veg seller and 1 is in his mid 20s. All have tattoos on arms and legs, but hor, all can walk leh......hahaha
actually i was cheated once from hougang near tampines rd bus stop to st 52 pass never pay saying he will come back but after waiting 10 mins know kena play out ,wonder why ?r there many cheaters in that area

Last Saturday, I send a pretty lady to HG Ave 9 Blk 950. Says she will go up and take money. Never return. Conned twice in a week. Phui HG.
First was Fri from Eu Tong Seng to Marina South. Cement truck driver. Beware! Who would have thought he don't have money. He was with a lady when board my taxi but before Cantoment the lady alight and took another taxi.
Kena F by shifu already, anyhow take pax. But what to do, new bird! The pax face never say they don't have money.
Now I avoid HG. No good deal from that area. Mostly nearby. Waste time.

if they dun pay up despite u taking down their nric, what can police do? will police even accept the case in the first place? what they will advise u is to go to small claims court to make your claim against the passenger isnt it?

if one day got 20 passengers dun pay up, wont the police be very busy charging them? u never report police before meh? the IO told u, to further the case, need to go to small claims court to make your case there? or hire your own lawyer? even kena punched by someone else if is not that serious as in black eye or injury, the police will advise you to hire your own lawyer against the person who assaulted you.
Once my cabby friend took 4 non-chinese , non-indian , once taxi stop , all run away .

u make police report, u drive to police station and make report, already take u at least 45 mins - 1 hour liao. if the IO say u need to take the case to small claims court, if u decided to take the case to small claims, then you need to go to small claims court to report the case. when the case is lodged, you will also need to appear in the small claims court to make your case before the judge. so mafan time consuming.
inorder to get justice prevailed , some sacrifice has to be done .
Police treat these cases as cheating. They will handle it. Any bro kena run away by pax, please help ourselves by calling the police. Don't let them think that we are easy target. I have done that twice and gotten my $ back.
