This will be my first time driving during world cup....will there be less pax or less taxi???
Maybe can take note of all the matches timing so all paxes will come out same timing

World Cup sometime got like South Korea vs Italy , stadium also no people watch , people will not rush home to watch in Sgp .
Town will be good , esp at pubs & club , they see , they drink , they have fun , they take taxi home .

Bro TCL, ur timing is absolutely correct.. actually TD will prefer Singapore to have failed to bid for the world cup coverage, maybe more business for them.. with the live telecast, most i believe will subscribe and watch at home lah though maybe weekends pub got more crowd but the last match only end 4 plus, that is provided the pubs got extended licence to delay their closing time.

Thing is WC happens once every 4 years , i have totally forgotten how was the hang cheng in 2006 . cant even recall a single thing. memory failing maybe ? hehe
During 2006 , The Cup were helf at Germany , so basically same timing like those at Africa .
I dun see any problems for night shifts .
Most ladies would still need to work .
Just that most men , sleep over shot , late for work , need a cab to work .
But European Cup really hit me hard during 2008 .
Business were bad , call suxs , busy with other work .
Quit la at 2008 .
