A TAXI driver and a transvestite who behaved in an indecent manner inside a taxi were each fined $800 on Friday.
Cabby Lee Hak Huat, 53, and Khairy Sulaiman, 28, a beauty adviser, admitted appearing nude and engaging in sexual activities inside the cab parked at Turnhouse Road in Changi on April 23.
The court heard that Lee stopped his vehicle along Lorong Berkukong and chatted with Khairy, who was dressed in women's clothes, and agreed to engage in sexual activities.
They drove to Turnhouse Road. Lee then removed his pants while Khairy took off his top exposing his breasts. Lee then started to caress the co-accused's breasts.
A policeman on foot patrol came along and arrested the duo.
Both could have been fined up to $1,000 or jailed for up to one month
