There is a few standard term to use .
SOS - that is to use it when u need help , like where is where ? Also can shout for help when kena robbery or rape .
ETA - Estimated Time Arrival , use it when u announce those timings .
No Show - meaning customer run away .
POB - Passenger On Board .
Arrived - use it when u arrive at customer's pick up point .
One Turn - use when u are very very near to on-call location .
Withdraw - use it when u wish to withdraw from the job u bidded ( note : 3rd bidder cannot withdraw ) .
When Control centre broadcasted a job .
Eg .... Fullerton Hotel to Airport .... 5 minutes .
If there is no taker ?
Control will broadcast again 2nd time Fullerton Hotel to Airport .... 10 minutes .
Still no taker ? Fullerton Hotel to Airport .... Last Call .
If u are 1-5 minutes away , pls bid during 1st call .
If u are more than 5 minutes away , between 6-10 minutes , pls bid between 6-10 minutes . During the 2nd call .
If Last Call , the first bidder will get a no-competition confirmation . Any duration he can take , be it for 3 minutes , or 10 minutes .
For Advance Jobs , first bidder gets the job !
When u pressed the talk button , if there's a Tood sound , pls say ur id .
And wait for confirmation .
When one job , there is 2 bidders for ONE job , control centre will say : xx and xxx , try !
So only this 2 ids can go for the job , no other party . Only 2 members .
The first one to arrive the location , must announce : " xxx arrived ! " .
If u caught hijacking , yellow card !
For Advance job , if u cancell , straight away 1 day suspension , cannot take advance job , hahahahaha .
But can take current jobs .
In the event a single job has more than 3 bidders ........
It became " Open Call " , as in the rest of the Lake View members can try the job , if they're faster than the 3 that bidded for the job !
When Open Call , the fastest to arrive must announce his/her arrival .
Members , we do not reveal our classified location on the forum , take note .
For members of cabby.sgforums.com , we have a common practise .
When we heard one single call , our very own members also bidded for the same job , for goodwill , one of us pls withdraw from bid .
It's to save our time and fuel .
No point to dash for the same job .
Example :
Fullerton > Airport > 5 minutes ........
331 : " 5 minutes "
05 : " 3 minutes "
If that's the case , 331 pls withdraw .

If both also 5 minutes , pls private each other : " Hello , where are you , me now at robinson road ? "
Pls reply honestly : " Ya , i think u faster , me at Suntec , must U-turn ."
Like that all save time and save fuel .

usually , if 331 first bidder , 05 second bidder , if 1 more party came in became Open Call , 331 can chose to remain in the bid or withdraw . 05 also can withdraw or remains , but 3rd party die die must attend , cannot withdraw . Anyone can get the job then .
So dun play a fool when bubble burst in town .

I like Open Call..... once round 3am on PIE round Clementi Rd
heard classfied location got call to AP then become open call,
pass PIE camera still no 1 arrived i stepped on the pedal then
whack all the way down then announced "69 arrivvvvedddd~~~~"
The thrill is in beating all the lao jiaos to the call not the trip haha
But try not to make open call btwn our own members then no
1 can hijack us ;) Even if u dont knoe the other person on the
open call u can walkie n exchange ur locations then no need
to waste time n fuel for both parties to go down.
