Dear Members, sorry for bringing this thread up, I started it, I also hope to conclude it With this, I busted 2 ancient myths circulating around regarding complaints handling by LTA Myth 1 : From Communters : LTA never take action, they just brush it aside Busted. They do take action, after I wrote in through their official feedback website, there were some emails clarification regarding the complaint. Myth 2 : From Taxi Drivers : Commuters just need to email / call LTA to complaint, and you need to go down LTA lim kopi. Busted. Commuters making the complain need to go through pains and numerous emails regarding the case, the IO request very exact/precise answers, if they fight the war, they make sure they win it. Besides email, commuters need to go LTA to record statement, and if needed, testify in court.

Sometimes, desperate operators anyhow shoot to you when they need yr service. quote some examples.
a) Current call comes in when you are at expressway. (eg: ECP somewhere near Fort rd speed camera, call comes in for Costa Rhu)
b) Current call comes in when you are on top of viaduct. (eg: on top of west coast viaduct just zoom pass vivo, call comes in to pick up at vivo)
anyone experienced this?

A world where they tink your mdt when u are on flyovers , tink when u shoot pass the pick up location and the next U-turn is miles away, when u are in suntec and they tink u beach road. when u are at amara hotel , they tink u kampong bahru distripark.
best part is after they tink u with ridiculous calls , u get suspended for rejecting them.

i love ulu places. the more ulu the better, if this ulu place dont call comfort , fuck i will never think abt driving for them.
