There is something the LTA should seriously look into as to be fair. Taxi should not pick up passenger at Bus Stop,Red bus lane during operational hour. And officers are using video Cam to take picture and then summon TD for the hard earn money. One click on the camera is 6-7 hrs of driving income. Why aren't the commuters summoned for flagging taxi at these areas.Some even flag at 0.5 metre away from filter lane exit.If they summon commuters and they don't flag, then no one stop there.This is the democracy we are talking about.Commuters pay for cab fare, but we pay for rental,diesel,tax,......So what makes commuters so great as to convenient them and TD bear the consequences.
Maybe it's due to commuters not aware that taxis are not to stop near bus stop. I'm also a culprit too. I will always flag near those bus stop with bays, thinking that since got place for taxi to turn in, hence won't obstruct traffic.

Yah Loh.knn. Some foreign commuters even suddenly jump out onto the road like a desperado for cab. Seven month coming. should be able to see more and more of these ang moh gui jumping out onto the road. They seems like not wanting a cab to go home but desperate to take a rest in the hospital while the bill is paid by others.nahbeh.
