By the way how do you find the attitude & mannerism of support staffs in those taxi cos u been to. Care to share yr honest opinions & experiences?
No taxi company is good !

TransCab got a low 3 from me .
I heard Silver is the best , they got a 7 from me .
Prime i heard not bad , maybe 5 from me .

The 'hardware' of a company(facilities, location, top mgt, etc.) is important but the 'software'(operational staffs) is more important. The 'software' can really make or break yr day. Zero 5, thanks for yr contribution to this topic. Sad that so long only got one contribution.
Why sad..no need to be sad. Everyone experiences with the TS company is different
Support staff at SMRT are polite but all these front line staff got ZERO power. so u complain or feedback , nothing they can do. so they just smile at you and give u templated answers, same like those u see in the straits times forum.
Support staff at comfort , these bunch seems a bit impatient and looks moody. maybe every TD they attend to has some kinda grouses, they see us is like see Bao Gong.
that day my mdt got suspended at tuas.... 3 times the Call centre gal refuse to lift my suspension even though i am at tuas!!! a place where u cant pick anyone up except via bookings!
she gave the same reason 3 times... nothing but the same reason. they cannot lift suspension.. i told her hello!! im in tuas!!! where got people to pick???..... again same answer.
fuck la ... all are powerless to do anything.

First , how the fuck an office , rather HQ , the only one and only HQ , doesn't have a proper Receptionist ????
Any Ah Pig Ah Cat , can cut Q and see whoever they wanted ??? WTF sia .
Then the workshop ..... fence are rusty , zinc roof are falling off , drains doesn't have proper coverings , they used condemn water radiators to use as drain covers , another wtf .
Drive ways are narrow and tiny .
Mechanics not well train .
Workshop office are one doesn't looked like office , like a warehouse ?
Lighting are dim .
Q-ing system sucks ....
Toilets are sucks , worse Toilet in Singapore i would put it , can't their drivers treat the toilets like any public toilets , anyway i dun used them .
Nearby no coffee shops .
Anyway ..... most hirers are there for every 3 weeks , not too bad .
If u intend to call in TransCab for any enquiries , dun bother , they too busy to answer any phone calls .
If u wanna email Jasmine , dun bother , she don't & haven't open any mailbox , for ages .
Just recently , i realized , their IT department service or their Call Centre , very nice people .
I was at Gul Road , i called them if they can locate my location , they said yes .
They saw me .
Then i asked why i did not get any Gul Road call ?
They said another cab got it , i saw no TransCab leh , maybe he left .
And they in 5 minutes , gave me a job to Boon Tat Street , from Benoi Road , mother fucker , no joke .
ah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! for once !!! you have something bad to say abt trans cab. lol
but seriously when i accompanied cheong there , i was like omg!!!!!!! i cannot believe the HQ of the red engines are so jia lat.
i was warned by cheong not to use the toilet. Every minute that i was in there , i was hoping his cab wud be ready for collection so we can fark off from there.
As for Jasmine , a GM has to sit outside.. my my. and anyone can just walk up to her and talk to her. i saw her being surrounded by 3 TDs.
And this jasmine.. wow she speaks like a lian ( i guess she has to la ) but she a very assertive and firm lady.
sure got la .....
If u want good infrastructures , u have to pay for it .
Like Comfort expensive rental , u paid for it .
U deserve it .
Anyway , what for pay so much money when u need it only for once vevery 3 weeks for servicing ?

As for this one , Wanbao , listen , go and take photographs and show to the whole of Singapore , just how bad TransCab's HQ is .
I haven't been to Premier , Prime , Smart and SMRT service centre , so i dun no those differences .
i think CDG is a Public Listed Company , this requirement is a must set by MAS , or ISO .
I know how strict a company has to comply to the MAS requirement if u want to be Listed in the Stock Exchange or ISO 2000 .
My wife works in a company that wanted that ISO 2000 Certificate .
I used to work in Pertama Group , then they were listed and eventually sold to Harvey Norman .
TransCab was just a Private Limited .
Not even a Holding or listed , so they dun really need to give a damn .
believe me , TransCab Call Centre ...the staffs damn good , talk nicely , firm and kind enough to make you at least $20 richer when u need them most , hahahahah

Defu area was slated for redevelopment by the gov. No point spending $ when the place is to be demolished eventually.
