For Comfort , once u owe , u are required to answer to the credit control , all i can say , they are all inhuman , bastard we called it .
They want nothing , just money .
No sentiments , no undertable , no argument , just $$$$
I believe all Credit Control are like that , from all taxi companies .
They are paid to do a job , so .... cannot blame them .
SMRT are one of the most lenient , according to my friends .
Can chum-siong very well , cos they just want to stay with them .
They have insufficient drivers , tat's why .

During economy bad time , 14 days otang , also no problem .
One month also can .
Cos they would rather let you otang , than stuck one more taxi in their parking lot , no space .
Now economy good , parking lot many space and waiting list long ... they dun mind one to tow back your taxi .
