  I manage to find $$$ 2 settle my ex-driver outstanding rental (less than $500) n can pay 1K deposit full deposit in cash BUT KNN CCB Comfort told me tat I cannot b their hirer anymore!!!!!! Wan 2 pay them cash of abt $1500 n rent their taxi n they treat me like SHIT????!!!!!!!!

  Comfort n Citycab have a fleet of 15,000 taxis, average rental (15000 x 100) they collected 1 day is 1.5 million n in 1 mth they wil collect (1.5million x 30) = 45 million dollars, so in 1 year they collected (45 x 12) = 540 miilion dollars !!! tat is why they have $$$ 2 buy transport companies in Australia n China n Europe!!!

  I tin they forget tat small fishes like we all had helped them 2 become a so big n rich company! Hahaha I only spent 2 years at Citycab before I gave up, Poolman had been a Comfort driver for 8 years?

  So Mr Poolman, Comfort got give u 0.000000001 % of their shares? Hahaha........

  Lim pei ZERO ACCIDENT record, got people wrote in n commended me 4 good service, all these they treat like SHIT only !!!!!!!!!!

  tats why CDG is not suitable for drivers who are rude to pax, likelihood to incur complains and have a habit of owing rental. kena 3 pax complains and u get shown the red card.

  so far , from the time rejoined CDG, 3 of my friends tio kick liao

  (1) Refusal to accept Nets , E-voucher , Cab Charge ( This pax complained that he scolded her , he also threw the card back at her & that was the last straw ) RED CARD

  (2) Excessive speeding & take long route  X 3 complains

  (3) Owe rental 10 days nia.

  For (1) , i really got no sympathy for him . If he dont accept cashless, why the fuck he drive CDG taxi for???? CDG even hand delivered the termination letter to his house personally haha

  (2) & (3) damn tulan with CDG now. one is now a red gangster chief haha

  simply said la , CDG very xia lan now. those who need their calls better not try to play punk.

  those who are sweepers honestly shouldnt drive for them and subject themselves to their bastard attitude. i see so so many CDG taxis queueing at jurong bird park or jurong point when Benoi road , Tuas , Gul is on fire. why ah? Q taxi stand no need to drive CDG mah.

  For me , no call i dont know how to ply my trade, so guai guai lo. until the day they kick me out then i will think of alternatives haha

  CDG , according to the very old birds , under the late Ong Teng Cheong was the best. A lot of welfare and benefits.

  ermm now???? under who i also dunno. obviously u can see the difference.

  anyway , since cant drive for them can consider others mah. like poolman now doing very well with Transcab.

  Today he came out one hour earlier than me , 4 pm . 12 midnight he sms me he hit $XXX . it took me 4 am to hit his amount short of $20.

  so for every 1 hr that he got advantage over me , i have to slog another 4 more hrs just to match him. so CDG very good meh?

  really i feel tat after they manage 2 expand overseas by buying up so many transport companies in China, Australia n Europe, they become MORE PROUD!!!   I'm a ex-Citycab hirer lah..........if you all had read my postings in June, I owed them rental 1K+ n I surrendered my cab to Sin Ming on my own n quit myself. Cos tat period, I was in financial difficulties due to my gambling problems........... so after they deducted my deposit of 1K, I stil owed them few hundred..........

  Now I had settled all my problems n wanted to re-join as a hirer, they rejected me based on my past bad rental payment record...............

  Why i join TransCab ?

  Cos benefit good $7980 ..... Comfort phui $1200

  Calls got destination listed ..... Comfort phui all covered up .

  Calls no admin levy charged ... Comfort phui $0.40 per piece

  Calls dun take no suspension .... Reject 3 , suspend 1 hour phui

  CNG is clean .... Diesel phui

  Engine is quiet .... Walan eh Crown , and now Sonata . Phui

  Japanese cars less problematic .... Walan eh Korean cars phui

  Wish not totally no problem , less .

  CUMFcuK is the biggest mobs in the industry now....

  They surely knows there are ready supply of cabbies in the industry, hence trying VERY HARD to QC the taxis drivers....

  TS's experience with CUMFcuk is abit strange... but i think their taxis-operation department has a strict policy to follow... fcuk them lah !!!

  Actually GLC taxis companies like comfort, transcab n Smart are in a way interconnected, just that they are privatised to make it more competitive and challenging. Others like silver, prime etc etc are not Government linked, therefore they are smaller players. I would say, Govt is still very much in control of transport system in Singapore.

  Comfort joined hand with delgro to go global, that is partnership, with Delgro, which is a private enterprise/entitiy, they can venture into any part of the world to do business.

  Your 540millions per year is a gross profit, you must take into the account of cost of operation and taxation. The cost of buying new taxis, workshops, staffs and workers paid, office rentals etc etc.

  However, you are right that even at net, which minus off the gross profit, they still earn alots, if not long close shop liao, my suggestion is buy their share, it on the open market, they paid good dividends, and if you see CDG expansion, most likely their share will go further up.

  If I am the CEO, I will offer driver share options to attract them, being a drivers for comfort delgro, you are also a minority shareholder, you will work with more pride, more income and certainly, more returns if the company grow.

  CDG has about 30,000 registered active taxi drivers.Each paid $1000 as deposit even before they start to drive their taxis. $30,000,000 of deposit money. If put in some bonds or banks fixed deposit, interest may be 4% p.a. during good times. $1.2 million of interest profit in a year.

  Many have parked their $1000 there for more than a decade. Yes, good to buy their shares and work or drive on the road with more pride............ but are they proud of us ?? We are driving their taxis to make a meagre living, while they are using us to make even more money.....No love for each other !
