Looking for another Taxi company

  After 4 months with SMRT, I've dicided to terminate my contract with them, NOT because I'm driving a KimGu (actually I kind of got used to driving a OMO 7 seater).

  Reasons behind is complicated, I shall say it's due to unhappiness arising from their contracted workshop and their so call company policies...

  Currently still driving relief with SMRT till 3 week notice are fulfilled (my vehicle still in workshop after 4 weeks and not due to any accident). For this I didn't drive for 3 weeks!!

  So bros have any reccomendations for other companies? Looking at Transcab, CDG or Premiere (Silvercab) relief around Boonlay . 

  BTW for Transcab how's the rental after rebate for hirer?

  i same story as you. jus ganna rejected by Comfort due 2 my poor rental payment record in the past........mayb Big Bro Poolman can summarise some of the best n lousy points of every taxi company in Spore?

  every company got it's good n bad BUT SURELY there's sometin mayb alot people wun know if u never drive 4 the company b4 like 4 example, heard from many ple tat SMRT workshops lousy n for ple driving CNG taxis, serangoon pump cockup many times etc etc............

  Workshop ?

  SMRT workshop is the best so far , maybe alongside CDG .

  U must go TransCab to see their workshop , hahahahah .

  But why still got many took Wish ?

  Cos $$$$$ ma .

  3 weeks once servicing , ok la , for the sake of $$$$$ .

  Just that before i go Defu , i will go nearby pee first , cos i do not know how to pee at TransCab Defu .

  Those old drivers need some firing zeroing session .

  Dunno why so many can misfire target ?

  kc, how come u say smrt workshop is the best so far huh??? can elaborate on it?

  i was a smrt hirer b4, their resting lounge is quite good but their servicing teams n their queueing system is very lousy as compare to CDG...

  Transcab wish 2000 can collect by end of september.Rental rebate are as follows:

  a) Rental with gst is $105.93

  b) Deposit $1500, Admin $32.10, Windscreen $32.10, Radio licence $27.00, CNG card $10.00. Total $1601.20.

  c) Incentives are OMO $250, Good performance $400, Road tax $15. Total $665 every month. If pay by advanced payment another $60 added. Total $725 every month. After incentives deduction daily rental is $82.49. I think is worth the while...

  d) Any further queries can proceed to Transcab office and look for Jasmine, operation manager.

  2.0L can go up to 280km ..... 1.8L , max 245km , depends on CNG component inside each individual Wish .

  I am lucky cos mine 2.0L m used 100% CNG and 0% petrol .

  and i ever reached 300km once .

  2.0 can reach 280km? then mon to thurs nite no need to pump 2 times wor? unless yao gui...must whack till 400km then can sleep... haha

  Usually when i started at 4 or 5pm , by 9pm , i must go to refill , to tahan for the whole night .

  Now no need , now go at 12MN , then go a few rounds , then replendish a bit later , can go home siew chia liao .

  Basically 1 time , Friday , maximum twice .

  Join the Biggest Coy in Spore lor... (if you are a Newbie)...

  CUMFCUK .. has the best network (IVT calls) in the West (tuas) area... some of the companies in tuas are using e-vouchers (which only CUMFCUK cabs) can take ONLY.

  But you got to bare with their nonsense too.... Lots of Coy policies to follow... !!

  Knn i told him the same thing when he asked me for opinions .

  Staying at Bn Lay , enjoy a edge over others staying at Yishun and Wlands , and Bt Batok .

  FT went Tuas from Yishun .

  Sonata83 do it from Woodlands .

  TCL started from Bt Batok .

  I go from CCK ( transcab ) .

  Boon Lay , u handicap us 10 street lamp posts also can get earlier than us .

  if he stay at CCK , maybe i should tell him to go for Wish , not when he is staying at Boon Lay .

  Boon Lay = Tuas , Tuas = Boon Lay , clear cut .

  Even if u dun like Tuas , closed 2 eyes , log in MDT , Jurong Port might need your cab .

  If not , Jalan Terusan , Jalan Papan , Jalan Besut , Jalan Buroh , Jalan Pesawat , Pandan , Penjuru ......

  Nevermind , this area u guys dunno one .

  Dun rely on CDG's GPS , only experience drivers can read their GPS .

  U take their GPS as a guide , learn those places , then one fine day , u dun need them .

  Very easy one la Jurong area , phui .

  My home ground for many years , take the staffs home until they know me , phui .

  Then when u succeed , happier than driving a SMRT taxi , u'll realized , we are right to tell you the facts .

  U'll make it .

  Soon once u master Jurong , u'll venture upward , International Road , Benoi , Gul , Tuas , Tuas South .....

  That will take you ......2 years to master . In regular basis .

  Me many years , now a bit rusty .

  Still can make it .
