Let me share a story .....
A few years back , from this forum , i knew a chap , a really nice chap .
Asked me questions about being a cabby .
He MIA for a while .... and came back to me .
I found him a cab . His hirer also from this forum ( not david chong ) .
Know what ?
A few months later , he got an animation TV series contract from a Sarawak or Brunei base TV station !!
How much the contract ? $32,000 , 50 over series contract ( if i am not wrong )
He quit taxi ?
No la , he love driving a cab .
Cos driving a cab brought something new and interesting in his life .
Whenever i saw him at C-nergy , he kept telling me : " Thanks Pool , for guiding me and bringing me to taxi driving ."
Without taxi driving , he is lost i tell you this !
Not only taxi driving brought him constance income now , and those spare time for him to liase with his engineers to get the animation job done .
He actually told me taxi driving gave him an opportunity to meet people .
And God really bless him , found him a pax which ask him : " Do you know where i can animation artists for TV works ."
He was an animation artist .
He created those Public Relation with paxes , Marketed himself to the paxes , Promote his capabilities , and creating something new for the next one year .
Something challenging .
Taxi just for driving ?
