haha.... ALN now Woodland terrace became so busy.....so many cars around parking a problem liao. Just too many peoples know this place. just At 4pm after sending one pax there, just curiosity go down and take a look, still so many peoples inside the cold room and outside the counter. wow pian with full basket loaded.... anyhow buys..?

kin, yours is frozen in cold room? can eat as raw sashimi? they told me must buy those in a plastic sushi box type $11 per 300g... or $37 per kg yours is $26 per kg leh... where u find hard har?

Aiya...this kind not in the cold room outside on the trolley and vacumn packed.... already no horse run, just buy this and cut yourself how thick you want, remember your cutting knife must be clean and wash well, best is to use vinegar.... to be safe.... please go with wasabi and kikoman soy sauce. this is the way.

Currently there are many mandarin Oranges in town.
as i know...there is ones kind of mandarin oranges in Japan that is Aoshima Mandarin.
is the sweetest, between Jan to Mar available. It has a large, flat, attractive shape.

Kagoshima oranges they got a fews and is well knows. just the importers not doing it over here, cost is expensive, hear-say Hong Kong very popular.
Ponkan Orange

I will think what on earth a ponkan orange is. Anyway various citrus fruits are in a southern country. I who seldom eat do not know which is which. I am likely to forget, if a note is not made even if it eats once. Although written as a specialty of Kochi this time, it is said that Kagoshima is quantity-of-production No.1 of Japan in practice.
A ponkan orange is small in it being unexpected. It is a size like a small mandarin orange. It is not a steamed-filled-dumplings type like a mandarin orange, and has a tall round form for a while. It is such touch out of which the head has come for a while like DEKOPON. Although there was no smell outside, if the skin is stripped off, there will be the scent of a southern country.
When it eats, it is a taste also similar to an orange. It is sweet and easy to eat. It ate lightly and disappeared immediately. It seemed to be in inside about a cave, if it sees from outside. But, the fruit is choked up closely in practice.
I regard a "Tankan" orange as having been such a taste.
Japanese : Ponkan

Sorry.... previously forgotten to talk about this... the school childrens at kagoshima very interesting thing they needed to do when walked around in the island to school. Cause Mount Sakurajima spews rocks and ash so frequently so they are required to wear hard hats when out the doors.

Basically CNY everybody are talking about flowers, so like this kind of decoration, anyones know where to get the materials, my friend taught me during my stay in Japan. Daiso got all the figurines..... and those Japanese pine bonsai you need to do yourself, just one of this display in the middle of our hall how lovely during CNY.... DIY by yourself.
