In conjunction with the opening of the Kansai International Airport and Akashi Kaikyo Bridge, Hyogo Prefecture has been promoting Awaji Island International Park City (approx. 350ha) in hope of developing the Awaji area and becoming an interchange hub for the Osaka Bay area.
The Westin Awaji Island is the landmark of Awaji Yumebutai that reminds us of a sailboat navigating the mighty ocean. All windows provide a great view of the ocean. All rooms have a great view of Osaka Bay.
