  Basically we have the desired head counts to make up the for the fiesta .

  30 should be enough .

  Should be the next Sunday after Valentine Day .

  If my budget is right , per head should be ....

  $50 for Single

  $60 for Family

   

  Guys , we are going to Singapore's Best Bungalow Chalet , to be honest .

  If ever , there is some balance like before , we shall split up again .

  The cost of chalet and the day we need , is about near $400 .

  Chalet is about $360 for one Sunday night , if compulsory must take a Monday , another $150 .

  Buffet i think about $300 as well

  BBQ last time i spent about $500 .

  Beer , drinks etc ..... $500 .

  In the event , end day , still has got accessive balance of funds ..... like a few hundred bucks (which i really dun think so) . We'll be happy to be just broke even .

  If it's really happens , a few options , to be split among and between those presence .

  Or we can keep for the next meetings .

  The problem we had , it's a one man organiser , no committee and treasurer to decide things .

  Just got to be decisive .

  Or anyone volunteer to be the treasurer ?

  I know the people , no people want to do such thing .

  Komade had agreed to get his good buddy to book a chalet for us under SAFRA member card .

  I suggested to him we get only Sunday , not both Sunday & Monday .

  Those who want to book the Monday , have to made a bigger share , so that our expenditure will be lessen .

  I agree with ALN his suggestions .

  On that particularly day , if we got about $300 excess , each one wil get rebate $10 back if possible .

  I am not going to profit anything from our hard earn money , i don't need such money .

  The reason to pay now , it's i wanted to avoid last minute suka suka put aeroplane .

  Cos sms very easy : " Pool , last min got things happened , cannot make it , enjoy ."

  I don't want to pay $1000 from my own pocket .

  The more people MIA , the more i'll pay .

Mr. pool, may I hv ur full name in ur acct, I 1 2 drop cheque leh, My advise is better to collect $$$ to cfm all parties coming, b4 all change their profession to drive Aeroplane. Hahaa......... anyway I can not cfm my schedule, nv mind can pay 1st to show my supports, but don arrow me to play football wf Hougang phui. hehee.............
