  if scrap morning peak , not much of a problem , they will welcome that , cos for day shift, 35% with not much pax , or 0% with many paxes ?

  I think they would want the latter .

  Midnite for me muz stay else no incentive to drive till morning for these ppl, i rather pack up at 12-1am go hm make love etc.... :P N let them rot at 4-5am waitin for a cab......
