Why hirer/relief break partnership?

Taxi not hand over on time.
Diesel money dispute.
Lived too far from each other, ie....change of address.
Taxi not properly handover.....ie. cigarettes smell, rubbish inside taxi, fish smell, banana skins...
What else?

Me no issue leh ....
me always handover 6 hours in advance .
CNG pumped with receipt , it's the pressure issue , everyone has a fair share .
Live too far or near , never was an issue , cos they know where i stay .
I dettolised my vehicle almost everyday , except for the dettol smell , no other smell .
Rubbish ? I dun throw and he dun throw .
Fish smell is all because of the lousy quality of the mat .
Once water stagnant inside the rubber , chemical effect like fish smells .
What else ?
Dent lor .... other hit and run us .

Once i quit with a Toyota Crown Comfort hirer , old fellow .
The story is ....
I got into a bus lane summons , i think it's bus lane summon .
Comfort sent to him .
He told me to settle .
I said ok , i will settle .
Don't worry .
I intend to go down appeal against the summon . Cos i believe it can be appeal .
He knew i going to appeal .
The next day , he paid the summon for me , wtf !!
Put infront of the dash board .
The next day , he expect me to pay him .
I told him : " When did i told you to pay ? I told you i am going to appeal ."
he said with a pathetic kia si tone : " Fine must pay leh , taxi my name leh ."
'If dun pay , i will kena ."
I rebutted him : " U just wash hand off this issue , at the first place u need to ask me before u pay , did you ?"
I fuck him , let him pay , i throw back the key to him .

So the lesson here is ....
We got a log card to show us our driving timing .
Who drive what time , what time u kena a fine , just follow log card , no dispute , no need worry who hirership .
Ur time u kena , ur problem .

My current hirer is really 1 in a thousand type. Which is why if i part co with him , i might be in for some shit with the next hirer.
How good u may ask?
- Never ask me to tong shift for him, he go overseas , he pay his full share of the rent.
- drive 5 days for him get 4 quarterly free rental ( if it falls on my driving day )
- Season parking paid ( no need for nite coupon and fine issues )
- wash cab mon , weds , fri
- i pump his share of the diesel at 12 cts per litre .
- Allows me to paste LV sticker front and back , put my walkie , charger , Vehicle camera in the cab.
- Charged me only $20 on 6 occasions when the cab broke down during my shift.
Only problem is he is only scared of one thing & that is trouble.
Any hirer here can match him? i think not hehe

But reliefs must also do their part.
And the most important part is prompt rental payment.
I have heard of reliefs from hell stories and sometimes feel sorry for the hirer.

Sorry, but I find lady hirer very niao, abit here and there also cannot. Last time, i was a relief for a lady, abit late only, want to charge me extra, expect me to wash everyday, and she did not really wash, so called dry wash only. Then she come out of car park kenna curb wall scratches never tell me, in the end ask who did it, regret that i did not check before taking over. Got one time aircon breakdown, also charge me full shift price..2 months only, run liao.
Now i got a muslim hirer near my house, better, even share hari raya goodies with me, he went holiday, also charge me one shift price.
I guess getting good partnership needs abit of luck and fate.

hey what phui phui??? when my hirer's other relief mc 5 wks, ALN cover few days a week for him wor.... even got one day i said i will cover but last min i can't, i still pay him full rental wor... like that still not best relief?

more than 1 year old sonata... shd be 10 to 11ct per km more new sonata... shd be 9 to 10ct per km...

my last CDG hirer think not many can match , park n collect the taxi at my carpark then ride motor back his place everyday even sunday after he used for his family ,he also park back and i can use it freely cos i dun need to pay for sunday rental de ...
mostly i heard is relief collecting vehicle themselves...

Night relief for him almost 12 years liao.6 nights a week.3rd taxi already.
Beginning he only went for 3 nights Genting with his wife twice a year.Never mind, I covered full rental for him. $100, I omo. Then it became once in 3 months.Now it's 3 times in 2 months.
Kena my influence, he started to love travelling.Went America 17 days 3 years ago. 2 years ago 7 days Korea.Last months 14 days Hawaii. All these with the usual Genting trips, I omo cover $100 rental.

My hirer factors in the time i have to Q and pump and do whatever shit at the kiosk. thats why 12 cts. No other hirer will compensate the relief that much for filing up on his behalf.
