if you can spare the time to queue, go to fairmont, carlton, hotels in suntec. that is if you can squeeze into the queues. For more trips back to cbd, go to riverview, saiboo, martin. or try tanjong rhu/meyer/old airport road which is also where alot of empty taxis are headed.
me morning never like cbd, 20mins downtime after pax alight is normal. getting out already takes you 10mins. but basically almost every direction you take also got empty cab joining you lah. sometimes i whack all the way to bayshore also got empty cabs same destination. this one i do cos about 10mins to reach, if get pax going east, can whack cos ecp no jam, earn $$ quicker. suay suay, then get pax going back to cbd. accept my fate. 99% jam.
timah, after school hours (from 7.30) towards west side not so bad. but if kena booking from the other side (towards town) can see cannot eat. duchess, coronation should be ok. farrer a lot of improvement already. spanish village all these call can take (7mins).
morning peak after alight pax in cbd,my route will be river valley (clark q side) go straight, turn left river valley close,down martin rd,left turn mohd sultan & back river valley again.
sure kena call in between....80% back to cbd again.
then repeat the cycle

if drop pax at orq & suntec area,I will head ecp exit tg katong then turn left to Meyer rd,if no call then proceed to tg rhu durian sure drop
