Vomitting impose standard charges

Last week pick up 2adult 2children, fr imm to holland drive. One of the child about 6 yrs old vomitted inside my cab, I was a bit frustrated Liao, then vomitted again and the grandmother even can say pass her the plastic bag but she push away. I of course more aggitated. I just comment Siow Liao. End of trip meter $7.20 the guy said with a rude manner how much then tell the wife just give him another $5 dollar. I was hot, so told him sir you think $5 is enough to wash my car, make it smell nice ??? He said just the mat only what? Anyway too tired and piss to argue, just go pour water on mat clean up and drove off to the nearest pump station to clean up etc. And can you believe that the next day he actually lodge a complian against me for being rude??? Lucky my company understand my situation. I did not once curse or swear at them. However I am sure I am entitle to being annoyed. In oz according to customers, it's a rule and stickers are posted on the cab that when u puke u pay $50. We should have that type of a standard too. At least $40??? Customer think that it's just $5 to clean our vehicals, what about the time needed to clean, wait for it to dry, put in fragrance, not forgetting we cannot pick up anyone for all these while.

Oh yes the passengers did not even apologise during the whole situation. Just say pay him extra $5. Sorry still piss with this type of pax tgat think $5 is so big

In Singapore , they scrapped that $1 boot surcharge over 10 years ago .
Boot surcharge u know ? so u think we can have puke surcharge ?
Get over it .
Next time , pls lar , don't pick any pax from IMM .
Chances is , u'll get trolleys , with family . Worst , 5 get into your cab , and say : " Uncle , nearby only ( after loading their stuffs ) .
Or at least , take single pax . That will be better for you .
If u chose to take , try to swallow those agony .
Commuters always treat cabbies as dirt when we need them .
So when they need us , make sure they pay more .

Clean cab at petrol kiosk for vonit round $20-$25, go down n clean up cab at least 1hr so makeup for loss of income $20-$30 reasonable so should impose at least $40 vomit surcharge if not everyone vomit now n then knn no need to make $$ liao siboh who make up for my loss??

Was in china when i saw a transparent thick (3-4mm type) plastic cover on the seats inside the cabs over there. Tot it is a good idea, at least when any spillage will not stain the leather.

Tho the cleaning is a mess, it is the smells that persist, and as a transport service provider, you can't go around with a rubbish truck smell inside that taxi, we do understand that kids can get sick and vomit, but at least the parents need to take note and have a container or plastic on standby. -

Us commuters should play our part by not leaving the taxi dirtier than before, taxi drivers do not have so much free time to clean after esp a vomit.
There really need to be additional fees paid for vomitting etc against drunk people who are irresponsible.

Same thing happened to one of my Parlingo group member.He even sent live pictures of the drunkard and the mess he created for all members to see.
The idiot refused to pay other than the extra $4 to the fare.
Sent him to the police station. The veteran police sergeant came to mediate.
The conclusion is, passenger pays a sum of $20 to the taxi driver to clean up the mess. That's the standard standing order. You want to claim loss of income, you may proceed with your own legal means.
So, in future case, if you can convince passenger to pay you more than $20, good.
If not go police station, at least you get $20.
