This is wat i juz sent to comfort regarding their admin services : Hi, Im a driver with comfort SHCXXXX relief driver XXXXXX. I have not been receiving advance calls for the last 2 weeks. When i called Comfort to get the officer i always have to call 4-5 departments before i am being transferred to the correct department and i always cannot get through to the officer cause their line is engaged or there is no one answering. Also when the officer call back they do it round 10am-12pm when i am sleeping cause i am working the night shift. I have told them before to call me back round 4pm when i would be up but still received the call round 12pm. May i know is it so hard to call the officer in charge or is it that they are so inefficient?? I have been trying to contact them for the last 2 weeks and today i made an effort to wake up at 9am just to get hold of the officer but still unable to contact them. Can the person in charge kindly look into the matter n get back to me asap. My contact is XXXXXXX. In case im uncontactable pls leave a voicemail with a contact number for me to call back thanks. I think they will reply as, "Please come directly to our office during office hour to settle your issue, take a Q nos, and our lovely officer will attend to you shortly" thank you

When pax complain on cabbies or they lost something in the cab. You can rest assure their customer service will contact you asap. Hahaha....

Comfort dun care of their drivers anymore as what they used to be.They are only interested in making monies only. Their head is so big that their staff simply bochap coz they still get their salary and their board of directors will get a fat bonus .

I have called in avail this morning and waited up to 20min on the phone but still could not get thru the line. I left my contact with the operator to inform them to call me back at 4pm. I waited till 4pm but there was still no response so i made a call at 430pm and i was on the line again for 15min with no response. Bro, I mentioned that they huv reformat the MDT. No adv bookings will be flashed if your meter is ON. Only when you huv no pax or just took a current call.

Ya, stupid system. When i have a current booking, i have no chance to look a the maps,advance booking keeps poping out. Tulan, I called them to opt out the advance booking.

I'm facing the same problem too. Everytime on current booking, want to use map to locate pickup point, the knn advance booking keeps interrupting. Can opt out of advance booking? If can I better faster call them already.
Those people at cablink really don't understand. On current booking, advance booking should not pop up. This will facilitate usage of map to locate pickup point quickly. When hired, it is ok for advance booking to pop out as we know whether we can bid for the advance booking if the location and time is suitable. Rather than now, totally ignore all advance bookings when empty as I don't know where I'll be in 30mins time. Increase CDG's advance booking success rate somemore. The reason they gave was that advance booking will disturb pax. wtf.
Cablink - brains sometimes must use abit, cannot everytime don't use.

Every morning the MDT still got run water abit, advance booking will still pop up until i've my first pax. After that no more popping unit i keep taxi.

Cancel in advance is ok, but if you never turn up, to be fair to paxs who are waiting, you need to be responsible, last time, i used to cancel, but I call pax up, apologise and ask them to book again. Cos sometime I bid without lookout at the date, only the time, than knn...it is tomorrow date which I am off...shit -
canx booking just call cdg can liao.... if u call pax, may be more confusing....
