My bad. Even the Houston (USA) via Moscow (Russia) flight will depart from T3 as of 28 March. Till then, this flight departs from T2.
This is due to aircraft utilisations.

Nope.
All SQ flights which are four digits SQxxxx, are operated by codeshare partners.
ANA is a codeshare partner, and it operates the flight. ANA operates out of T2.

So I can assure that all SQ flights to Japan departs via T3.
Fetch a CIAS staff that day, said all 3 terminals has got japan flights in & out. Guess he is right. I took the booklet and cfm.
fyi. Vietnam airlines and Saudi air now operate at T3 liow.
so the mother land komade must update hor. next time T3 a lot of viet-con liow

Yes. VN flies out of T3 now. However SQ's flights to Vietnam depart from T2 (and usually arrive there as well). Another airline, Lion Air from Indonesia, flies to Ho Chi Minh City from T1. Oh so confusing...
Didn't know about Saudi actually.
