These type are cheater paxs, they want to cheat their companies or bosses when they make claim, I got one time, one Indian executives asked me for plain taxi receipt, when i run out of printing paper or printing something wrong, I used to write on this receipt to proof, damn, this indian pax wanted a few of it, I ask him to Fxxk off, he sure want to cheat his companies using these receipt, and if he put your taxi nos, company checked with taxi company, me can go drink kopi liao. Becareful with receipt ya, it is a legal paper when come to dispute.

In the first place, this pax is smart, he get the discount, then ask for the receipt. You should be smart, do not give discount, unless you go the wrong road and really increased the fare too much, then nothing much to say. Other than that, you can alway tell him, since the fare is a discount one, I can open a disount receipt mannually instead of what should on the MDT. By rule and laws, you are right.

in the 1st place, why give discount?? u go longer way?? i dun see any reason why we should give discount if we are not in the wrong.... giving discounts is up to the driver and not the pax...
and if i go the wrong way, i will auto give discount... but if pax wants receipt, it will be based on the discounted amount and not the actual amount....

Funny... If you never go wrong way, then why agree to give discount? Please do not give discount just because the pax ask for it. You are just helping to create a cheapo pax mentality... Already with the rising fuel cost, our income have been shaved by as much as $300++ (or even much more, depending on your mileage) per month and still give discount?? Somemore argue for the discount? i use 2 tell pax who open mouth ask discount ..... its an offence 2 give discount, dats y they have MDT 2 keep track ..... if LTA find out i kana summon, license kana gantong. ....bey-sai bey-sai tak boleh :)
