if taxi in parking jump out cut lane whos fault

  yesterday one yellow cab suddenly do that to cut in front another blue cab park in front of him (then i see the yellow is going in front to catch a passenger in front the park blue cab), i was just tavelling in 2nd lane coming from behind. lucky i brake like crazy, my passnegers is not happy, but maybe next time cannot brake in time what happen

  cannot brake in time...buang loh your fault loh never keep a safe distance remember the 2 sec rule wah piang...machiam I act like a LTA officer bo pian leh, too free nothing to do at home

  Always get down n get a photo of the accident if got in car recorder even better. Then can show who has the right of way. Go straight is always right of way

  thanks for assruing. but if no recorder, how to prove that yellow cab was parking behind the blue cab then suddenly jump out change lane in front of me? can that driver argue he right? then how about passenger if injure?
