Huh, now my puzzle is solve. Last week in the morning peak hour, i was in serangoon nth ave 3 and got a call in my mdt at serangoon nth ave 1. Okay, lah no harm taking just cross the traffic junction and reach there. Upon reaching, call the pax on my phone tell her i am transcab driver and waiting at void deck already.
She told me she did not confirm with transcab but had confirmed with Comfort. However, she told me never mind she will take my cab but can you wait for about few minutes as my son is in the toilet.
I told her , "sorry" i couldn't wait and you better take the Comfort cab you booked.
Waiting is not my style. I don't wait. Outside plenty of pax.

My dad told me last week, cumfark ban him taking calls becos he never take calls. Can like that meh? Knn... Then pay them so high rental for what?
Prime taxi at least got destination so I know where I am going. If I am not happy with the call I dun take. Very bz interviewing after 9.30 am at CCK area.

Prime call? must be "eh kau kee". No sound type.
Transcab: some time also "eh kau" sometime cannot "poon pee pee", sometime keep on calling in taiko places like "Or Ar" noisy like fxxk.

Or LTA's booking hotline server very quiet .
Now pax call 6552-1111 , if no answer ...... within a certain duration > goes to One Common Line Number > then job will depatch to the nearest biggest taxi comapny ( TransCab ) .
Or pax called 6553-3333 , server no response , call diverted to Silver Cab like that .
If dial 6254-1117 , solve their problems .

Then proceed to grap a Lake View job at Capella > Toa Payoh .
Regular TransCab caller , must let the Operator know destination under remark column , looked a good idea to me .
I think Comfort also must practise this way , better .
Under remark , let drivers know where they going , or prepare to be rot .
Esp you are those , your names are classified ' Tan Ku Ku " type ......
Whatever Scheme that company practise , dun work one lar , phui .
If put destination at remark column , whatever scheme also no need .
Have means have , dun have mean dun have taxis .

Surely one "To woodland" job sent to 100 comfort taxis , dun tell me dun have one OMO want to go back woodlands ? or Yishun ? Or Sembawang ?

Comfort should sent their callers a sms , tell them to go to eg www.comfort-transportation.com.sg , looked out for their destination , and one -time self-key in their zones code into their Auto Call system via their mobile number .
1. Woodlands
2.Bt Merah
etc .....
Then whenever they made a phone call to Comfort , automatically system will show "Likely Destination" at remark column , like that easier for their drivers .
Dun think Comfrot will ever do that , they customer service orientated , drivers died their problem .
And if caller move house , they can changes also .... via on line if they know the code .
