Part Timer Question

Need to be away for about 3 weeks, better to throw key first or re-imburse my hirer for $20 x 12 days? I am only part timer but like the selected days I am driving for him. (4 days per week) Dunno if can get same days if throw key when i come back. Any lao jiao can advice?

Tell him u need to be outstation for 2 weeks , just be honest .
He'll understand .

If he want $$$ , say sorry , he better find a relief .

Yes, tell him you need away, see if he can wait for you to come back, if he said ok, no need to pay, he can take over, that will be good. So, if next time he go a few day holidays, or looking for super relief, try to help him. Of course you can also throw key,and that end the partnership.
No doubt it is easy to get relief for him, and for you to get another hirer, but guess we all chose relief or hirer due to location, understanding and ok type, to find one may not be so well located and hv to start building a new partnership relation again.

Fwahh will not have much problem finding a cab , cos he ride a motorbike , advantage !

Thank you for inputs. My hirer was helpful to ask me come back then call him when wan to drive...guess he also understand i part time only.....
Got bike but would also wan near "chu pi' mah, if got 'tua liap ni' even better! Especially raining days would help within walking distance...

If my relief , sekali has got something on outstation for 1 month , and ask for my help , i will bless him , really .
