Most of the time, i just follow customer instructions, most will go by hougang one, so just drive lor. Tell them bartley, they bo chap. During peak and busy hours, I will then recommend them bartley, then in time like a laze weekday afternoon with not much pax, travel hougang as per instruction.

Just learnt from yesterday.
If you enter the Toa Payoh North Ind pk via Braddel rd, becareful, you have to pay $0.50 when you exit at Toa Payoh North. No grace period. No exit back to braddel rd too.
There are 2 entrance, one is after the mosque (Islamic hub), and the other is after The news center bldg.
