Always when i drop a pax at mbs, the marshall will always hush me in a rude way after i drop pax, asking me to go fast or bark like a dog when i say wait: got car beside me how to filter out.. but private car they treat them with smile like they won a million lottery.. any one of u got the same treatmant by them?
bro get used to it la. u think TD is wad? TD is just the lowest rung of society where even pax , police , TP and even security guards order u around.
Thats why i say no big deal being a TD.

Are you on night shift? Maybe they are sick and tired of night shift always
put change shift location , and they need to do extra work, matching for taxi drivers ... haha

Because now MBS has got a new alighting point . In the middle , before Car Valet .
They were pissed because drivers kept alighting paxes near the bend , which is obstructing Q-ing taxis .
I also will be pissed if drivers kept ignoring my command to go to AlightingPoint .
Alighting paxes pls proceed to middle lane , not the extreme left lane .
The problem with drivers was that if they alight pax at the middle , they cannot pick n go at taxi stand .
By alighting pax on the left lobby , they can proceed to pick n go .
It's that why ? Maybe .
Maybe threadster's intention was like what i am saying ...... ready to make a quick alight and proceed to pick n go .....
Actually if MBS taxi stand were designed like Terminal 3 ..... actually will be the most ideal .
Wondering if the Architect got go AP see see look look , looked for inspirations ?
I've gotten one adv booking being 'put aeroplane' before, and thus I hated that stupid place - Tower 1&2. A messy place to be around during peak hrs.
Whnever I dropped pax, I will turn to Tower 3 or get out of that place asap unless no q that time.
Same goes to Ritz C. My 'final destination'. Will nvr be there again.

My one good old buddy , formerly a taxi driver , left taxi trade to become a dealer in MBS .
He said fuck type working environments .
Only thing - Good staff food .
Last quarter , alot of dealers , young and old left MBS .
Cos he claimed ridiuclous pay scale structure and bonus paying format by the management , those Americans Executives .
Imagine , those Americans can tell those resigning staffs : " There is the door , pls as may wish ."
Of course now Americans Ya Ya Kapala la .... cos MBS no Unions ma .

To those Americans , MBS is like we begging them for the jobs , pls la .
American hire and fire is like eating, for them, it is normal. However, we asian see it as something bad, embrassing and lost of dignity. Unions in Singapore chia sai one lah, so far, what did our taxi union do for us??? nothing ? cannot even help us to lower fuel prices or rental, see bosses like king, very pro management type. I joined just for rebate and linkpoint at NTUC, and also apply scholarship and bursary for my kids.
The right to hire and fire is equal to the right to work or resign, just like you hv the right to throw keys, taxi companies also hv to right to ask you to go. Nobody owes nobody a living, that is the true aspect of this world, especially created by our capitalise mindset govt.
