French "fine dining" food such as Duck Confit, Foie Gras and all sorts of other dishes at coffeeshop setting.
Rare for french food in coffeeshop.

Jurong east BKT and beach road (formerly geyland lor 7) also not bad, teochew fish porridge, i find tajong katong FC and Boon lay FC very good.

I nv try those which u mention so cannot compare... but I do have a few choices...1: Heng Kee Chicken Rice, Chinatown FC, Smith Street
2: Tiong Bahru Market Chicken Rice, but not the ORIGINAL TBM chicken rice (original is nothing special)... shop is located at far end section at the far back from the escalator... They use an Orange colored plate for their chicken rice...
3: Yet Con Hainanese Chicken Rice, Purvis street. Quite old school, the boss still uses an abacus instead of a cashier machine...

Fish porridge I dunno, becoz I dun like porridge... I normally dun like hot stuff... as in temperature hot...
Fish Soup I know...
Seah Im Fish Soup, Seah Im road, nearby habourfront and vivo... Located at the corner, not the one in the middle... Food is good but the whole place usually very hot -___-
Tampines Blk 824, beside the stall selling char kway tiao and carrot cake...
There's 2 more at golden shoe but I forgot which level...

Ya Hwa BKT nearby KTM... Was good in the past, but heard recently some food programme featured the shop so now become long queue... Food standard might drop...
SongFa BKT, opposite The Central, at upper circular road I think (I not so familiar with road names)... Some find it good, others find it over-rated... Think have to try for urself... They serve chinese tea so U can make ur own gongfu tea...
Heard there's 1 very good at balestier but I haven been to tat one yet... Anyone have more info?

Balestier - Founder's BKT ah? It's not my type of BKT, so all I can say is that the ribs is full-length one. Around 15cm?

Blk 51 Old airport rd hawker center, there's 1 store J&J beef noodle (beside yummi Thai) is also quite good but is blend. He got his own style. Maybe it suits old man like me.
Long House at Thomson also has one beef noodle store operate by a good looking young 'viet-look-alike' gal and her mum. not bad too. chunky meat like taiwanese style.

5pm to 11.30pm .
At that hawker centre , only one store many people patronised one , that's the one .
