  Hi all bros, my car side door is scratch by the same wish, as he stopped illegally n open his door without checking, paint is chip off, shall I report to transcab as to get a respray? I hv a passenger that can be my witness

  no video can almost no talk. dont think every passenger come out as witness so easy, if something so simple and private, no one injure or die or public property damage. some passengers smile smile is just rub hands and wait for your 'goodwill'. no goodwill no answer call. if i am the other party, i can also claim exact opposite story that you hit him, not he hit you. then ding ding dong dong forever.. and dont keep thinking lawyer is best friend. many times lawyer is your 2nd enemy while you still fighting your 1st one. ;)
