first trip did something no standard... illegal u-turn to take pax... yishun...
sweep all the way southwards... kenan mbs pax...
Q at hotel... 5:41 start meter...
pax: how long need to reach the AP?
khoon: about 20 to 25 mins... early morning no traffic,... should be quite fast...
pax: need to reach before 6am... if not counter closed cannot check in...
khoon: we do our best but safety first mdm...
pax: understand... thank you veri much...
actually heart thinking: of course muz reach before 6am for obvious reasons lah... ha ha....

see pax with overalls... chin chye lar... take lor... pax say pioneer rd... hmm not so bad... still near to civilization... followed by... uncle take aye all the way take last exit... today learnt tat pioneer rd is veri long... ha ha...
chop chop head to civilization agian... kenan tuas pax again... ha ha..

never meet for break... went do banking... buy 4D and eat expensive lunch... hee hee...
o yah... today both tuas pax charge kao kao... one paid by nets... obvoiusly key in exact... the other one fare $XX.25... give $X2.00 give back $1.75.... ha ha

normal drive cab day...
today two times charge pax kao kao... give back to the exact 5cents change... in preparation of next time need give back to the 1 cent change... hee hee...
two hours down time... send another nephew for enlistment... tis one veri independent... juz need to drop n go... he say he big boy liao... no need us send him off... den meet hammer for break...
managed to bid one advance job for after break to AP... den from AP png... cover back some of the down time $$... hee hee....

onli one AP trip to fort canning lodge... die... dun know is it the hotel on top of the hill or wat?
saturday... all day kakis off... nite drivers at tat time still in dreamland...
heng bluerubbishkia came to the rescue... checked for khoon is actually ywca...
pay fare time... amk dun understand the AP surcharge... keep insisting tat fare due is onli the metered fare... best is bellhop also told the amk dun know got AP surcharge... wtf?
end up print receipt... ask pax for the exact fare... call the taxi company if not conveineced...

met bluerubbishkia at chinatown for makan... coz he also otr stopping for break...
since in town... tot do one more location shuttle... end up good connections all the way to 0100... even kenan pax send to batok... swee swee go top up diesel at transcab pump...

THOUGHTS OF THE DAY
guess many people will scold khoon... coz today really no discipline... hee hee... actually most sunday khoon no discipline one... ha ha....
but good experience trying out niite driving... conclusion is not suitable for khoon... czo not a nite person... although collection up faster veri shiok...
if in future hav the need to go omo... will still do 0400 / 0500 - 1700 / 1800... f care peak no peak... muz learn from jlkl... same start time.. same stop time... no wrong one...
but khoon now dare to say... ask to drive nite also can... hee hee...

although not many day drivers here... but mutual support is quite strong...
wat colour cab u driving? if day shift red cab... no need think... any pax flag... juz png... not sure route... ask pax...
after ssome time... u will be able to formulate a kind of pattern in which route to take when empty car... which places are 'dry land' no pax de... and how to keng some extras under the meter fare... hee hee...
it will take awhile more to read pax to assesss where they going... should take or forgo... me also still learning...
some pointers... when Q taxi stand cannot choose pax - first cab first pax...
also different places got different way of Q-ing... if never see cab at taxi stand doesnt mean there isnt a Q... some Qs are veri well hidden...

ck never reset the statistics 19 on the meter... i will reset when i start... coz i want track my own statistics 19... sometiimes see his collection really lau nuah... ha ha...
long way to go if want to convert nite (but no way - prefer drive day)...
but still happi with my achievement as first time try drive nite shift hours...
