Very obvious one .
Like taxi stand many taxis compared to normal days , this is sum say bo good .

My bro tells me the further pax go , the fare is higher coz after 10 km every 350 m jump 22 cts.
so short trips sibeh bo hua for day .
thats what i heard.

The are meter re-structure such that every trip you collect,
regardless long or short trip, the fare is only up $0.5cent,
So you think longer tri
or short trip can fax multiple pax better?

commuter now but will soon be driving taxi lol. if u factor in the increase of $0.02 for meter jump and the decrease peak surcharge from 35% to 25% yes i paying about slightly lesser now. -

DAY 174 OTR FRIDAY
morning peak kenan forced to try out another strategy... did quite well although got about half an hour of down time... conclusion is dun re-invent the wheel!
break alone today at holland... coz bluerubbishkia mia since early morning... no reply sms n no answer phone - quite worried about him.... jade already threw key enjoying tai tai life at home... hammer go woodlands peng bah kwang... slpun on the other side of the island... so lonely...
after break machiam AP shuttle.... send to AP three times and Q three times...
last pax swee swee off at hyatt... less den 10mins reach hometown liao...
not so obk today...

i also worried about him. today call no answer phone, sms him twice disturb him also no feeling. i scare he skinny skinny got catch by police thought he drug addict.
Aunty like maid at home hor, do until now take break see forum. No driving taxistay at home feel kuai kuai!

Ya this Mickey 深��测 one. Look at him in real person like jee jee siao siao type but his posting very 有墨水. Suddenly drop hint want to throw key. I suspect this guy is an ah sia kia who just want to try everything a bit a bit in life. His knowledge of the road is so good that means he must be driving regularly before becoming a TD. Dun be surprise one fine day he throw key liao come meet up kopi in a Lamborghini...

$3.90 vs $3.20 , $0.70 difference , big thing leh ....10 trips extra $7 .
If more frequent connected short trips , say 22 trips in one shift , extra $15+ leh ... equilvalent to a Sonata rental , with a more efficient fuel consumption .

that's what i said along .... media and press has to put across a clearer picture to commuters , cannot say price hike across the board .Day shift huat ? Dun think so leh .... more or less same or cheaper .
Long trips then can say huat , but i cannot say very huat ...... only up a bit .
But night shift huat ?
Honestly i would say , huat slightly a bit , not the actual picture of 25% , my wages never go up 25% for sure .
Cos i lose out , no.1 , from 5pm to 6pm , 0% .
6pm to 8pm , less 10% off my old meter .
Then from 8pm , then take back what i lost for the last 3 hrs .

Only good thing about the 25% to midnight is we no need to stress at 7plus must go find pax before 8pm and chiong one last trip with extras before those cheapo come out. Now cheapo bo kang tao liao after 8pm. That's why at 7plus me and pool can take a 15min smoke break at Tuas. Tio bo pool.....
That day hor pool damn suay.....after smoke break I rounding boon lay and JE area for pax. Heng heng pick up one pax from JE Ave 1 Esso go Bedok Ria....after reach liao I beep beep pool on the talkie, He still queueing at IBP....Lol

today a bit lazy... 0500 den start engine... head straight to new favorite hotel to Q... walkie quiet... no call... heng got lobby pax go AP... drop 0559... Q T# veri fast come out liao...
most people off today... break alone at waterloo street coffeeshop... major mistake... difficult parking... not so enticing food...
loose connections today... onli interesting trip is from jurong west - joo chait - AP... gamble Q at T#... chop chop come out liao...
noon onwards jam here jam der... drive till veri pek chek...
1510 drop taka... haed hometown via thomson... stuck in the traffic for almost half an hour...
