  That's true, most 3rd world cities seem to have a chaotic traffic, but less accident and most manage to get to the destination with much fuss, unlike ours, one honk only, all look like want to kill you, and one accident on expressway only, jammed up all the way, both must take photos, exchange particular, wait for police  and toll truck to come even when the vehicles can still move. Sometimes, having a too protective system can cause many inconvienences.

  Expressway accident, I think they must put up a screen on the centre divider, so that the other side of the expressway also do not jam up.
