  now some hotel staff will block the cab from leaving if it came in to drop passenger, unless it pick up a new passenger from that hotel queue. one staff will knock hard on the windows or car body and gesture the driver to move towards the queue, another one might pretend to stand slightly in front of the car or at the side to prevent it from turning out even if your rooftop show on call or busy or change shift they will insist you wind down window and explain where you going and then without asking you, turn and check with the queue who you can take along, then open door usher the passenger onboard and wave to drive off immediately if driver try locking they will block it for sometime more until new cars come up behind, then point warning finger or write down if driver try to drop pax outside away from lobby, the staff will look angrily and gesture strongly at driver not to stop there and insist driver move in, behind hotel queue. if driver dont, again they will come over knock hard on the windows or body or warn loudly across the windows sometimes even the Manager with black face join the staff to 'control' the drivers

  Any pax with luggage to or fm these 5 stars hotel, uncle nvr step out to carry luggage one. Their staff are to do the job. we must be clear here!

  These should be the hotels outside CBD? If i put busy and want to go toilet, will they check any of the pax wans to go toilet with me?

  Bros talk about pattern, I n my buddy relief m laughing all the way as saw a lot of cabs now always put Chinatown change shift, the best is orchard... Fxxk la this trick will get u in trouble man.... Even I m a taxi driver I also TL to see this.... U stay in Chinatown? Or orchard? I even see TD tailor white board say city.... This ppl make all TD look bad, very bad.... If u Q at taxi stand don't put this type of location la.... N don't chose...if I happen to take cab when I not driving, I see these cab I will definately take their cab, than they will have a good trip with me

  Taxi driver is suppose to service the public. About servicing the public, the public do not accept any personal interest or preferences by the operator, it's all about their own personal convenience.

  It is common for the public to file a complain whenever they are not begin serve to their expectation. The Authority are encouraging it cos they had found a very good and happy way to handle complains, it has somehow become a huge revenue resources for them. Do you think they actually want to solve the problem.

  Nobody is engaging the livelihood of a Taxi Driver, therefore, taxi driver are to be responsible for their own livelihood. There is merely a few hours of great demand in a day for taxi, thereafter is there anyone notice the emptiness in the taxi, or do the public even care to notice?

  When a Taxi driver obey and follow the regulations and guidelines, very soon he is going to be out of job again. The first one he is going to be sorry is his family, then sorry to their close friends whom lend them their money. Be sorry to my family and friends or be sorry to the general public, i choose the later.
