  Often see many empty taxi departing zoo at around 7.00 pm,this means long Q of taxis waiting or no pax ?

  Saturday - good between 4pm & 5pm .

  Sunday - good at all time

  Holiday eve - Okay good after 11pm .

  Holiday - Good all round the clock .
